Organiser's Description
THE 4-MILE RUN/WALK AND 1.5-MILE DOG WALK WILL COMMENCE AND CONCLUDE AT THE SILVER CREEK PARK FIELD HOUSE, 3001 S. 10TH ST. MANITOWOC, WI, AT 9:00 AM, RAIN OR SHINE. THE ROUTE WILL TRAVERSE CITY PARKS, GRASS AND GRAVEL TRAILS, AND A SERENE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD OFFERING A STUNNING VISTA OF LAKE MICHIGAN.
Only rabies-vaccinated dogs are permitted for those joining the 1.5-mile dog walk exclusively. All dogs must be on a leash, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Dogs should be at ease in a large gathering and comfortable around noise, people, and other canines. There is no additional fee for dog participation.
Proceeds from this event will contribute towards the completion of the K9 Memorial Project, situated outside the Manitowoc Police Department at 910 Jay Street, Manitowoc.
