Get ready to lace up your running shoes and join the celebration at the 4th Annual Music City Juneteenth Freedom Day 5K Run/Walk! Taking place from June 17th to June 19th, 2026, in the vibrant city of Nashville, Davidson, this exciting event promises a memorable experience for all participants. Kick off the festivities with pre-packet pickup on June 18th at Slim + Huskys, where you'll get all set for the big day.
On race day, June 19th, gather at Shelby Park, home to the iconic Dripping Bird statue by Sevier Lake. The 5K race starts bright and early at 7:30 AM, with packet pickup available from 6:15 AM to 7:15 AM. Not only will you enjoy a fun-filled run or walk, but you'll also have the chance to dance along with DJ 50CYN! Celebrate freedom and community while supporting three local non-profits dedicated to youth literacy, health, and wellness. Join us for a day of fitness, fun, and camaraderie in the heart of Music City!
