Participants can choose to run or walk in a beautiful 5K or 10K course that winds along the picturesque Cumberland River and through the serene Shelby Bottoms greenway. For families and individuals of all ages and abilities, there's a fun 1-Mile Dyslexia Dash to enjoy as well!
