Join the community for the NAMI Oshkosh 5K for Mental Health & Suicide Awareness on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in beautiful Oshkosh, Winnebago! This uplifting event is dedicated to raising vital funds for NAMI Oshkosh and its free programs that support, educate, and advocate for individuals affected by mental illness. Participants can take part in a 5K run or walk, all while celebrating and honoring those living with mental health challenges and remembering those we’ve lost.
The day kicks off with registration from 7:30 to 9:00 AM, followed by an engaging program at 9:00 AM, leading up to the race starting at 9:30 AM. Come early on Friday, May 2, from 5 to 7 PM for optional packet pickup at Oshkosh North, and enjoy a host of activities on race day, including information booths, team photos, mascots, face painting, balloon art, and more! After crossing the finish line, participants can relax and refuel with free music, sandwiches, popcorn, cookies, and drinks. Don’t miss this opportunity to support mental health awareness while having fun with family and friends!

The NAMI Oshkosh 5K for Mental Health & Suicide Awareness raises funds for NAMI Oshkosh and its programs. All of their services are free. NAMI's mission is to support, educate, and advocate for all affected by mental illness.
This event provides a place to celebrate and honor those who are living with a mental health concern and remember those, with a mental health condition, who have died. Participants may sign up individually or as part of a team.
