Get ready to celebrate Independence Day with the New Albany Independence Day 5k, hosted by USA Race Timing & Event Management! This exciting event will take place on Friday, July 4th, 2025, in the vibrant community of New Albany, Franklin. Participants will have the chance to run a thrilling 5k while enjoying live music, dance performances, and enthusiastic cheers along the race course from the event beneficiaries.

All 5k runners will receive an official Independence Day t-shirt in a variety of sizes, along with custom race bibs and state-of-the-art chip timing for accurate results. Kids will have a blast in the Kids FUN Run, complete with patriotic goodies, bomb-pops, and fun activities in the Kids area, featuring temporary tattoos and balloon creations from Miss Dee. After the race, don’t miss the New Albany Independence Day Parade at 11 am, followed by delicious post-race food and drinks.
