This USAT certified youth triathlon training program welcomes athletes aged 5 to 14, whether they are just starting their triathlon journey or looking to take their competitive skills to new heights. Our dedicated coaches foster a supportive and uplifting environment, ensuring every participant feels encouraged to achieve their personal goals through engaging workouts and expert guidance.

The training sessions will take place on select Sundays, including July 5 and 19, August 2, 16, 23, 30, and the grand finale on September 6. Each session is designed to be both fun and educational, making it a perfect opportunity for young athletes to enhance their swimming, biking, and running skills.
