Participants will log their practice minutes each week, aiming to reach their goals and unlock fantastic prizes along the way.
As the challenge progresses, members can share their achievements with friends and family, highlighting the collective journey of growth and camaraderie at NJYC. The final results will be unveiled at the festive "Cookies and Carols" event on December 15, where 10% of all proceeds will benefit LINC. Join us for this uplifting experience that not only sharpens vocal talents but also strengthens the bonds of our chorus family!

This year NJYC introduces "Practice Challenge!" A chance for choristers to practice, fundraise and grow the New Jersey Youth Chorus' community! Get ready to practice and compete for your ensemble. Log all of your practice minutes each week to get close to your goal and unlock wonderful prizes! Share your profile online with friends and family; see how we can bring our parts together to create the beautiful family we have here at NJYC!

We invite all NJYC musicians to participate in our first Practice Minutes Challenge. Goals vary based on ensemble: -Primo Coro: 60 Mins/Week -Sola Voce & Cor Amici: 75 Mins/Week -Coriste and Camerata: 90 Mins/Week NJYC's Fall 2025 Practice Challenge runs from: Monday, November 10th through Friday, December 12th at 12 noon. Compete to be the top ensemble and unlock wonderful prizes!
