Join us for the No Sto Defeats MSA 5K and Fitness Walk on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in beautiful North Stonington, Southeastern Connecticut. This exciting event features a professionally timed 5K race that will take you through scenic fields, tracks, and trails, as well as a two-mile fitness walk that welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. All proceeds from the event support the Defeat MSA Alliance, a dedicated non-profit organization committed to helping those impacted by Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) through education, advocacy, and research.
The festivities kick off at 10:00 AM at the Athletic Fields at Wheeler High School, located at 297 Norwich Westerly Rd. Join us for a day filled with local vendors, live music, and fun activities for kids, including free childcare! Pre-register by September 20th to enjoy a discount and be sure to secure your complimentary event t-shirt while supplies last. Participants will also have the chance to win exciting raffle prizes from North Stonington businesses. This run will take place on the Wheeler High School Cross Country trail. All field / track / trail. Times will be posted by the end of Race Day. Online registration closes at 4:00 pm on 9/25. On site registration and check-in starts at 8:30 am. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd for both Men & Women in each division Free on site child care provided. -
