Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the 12th Annual North Haven Rotary-Tessa Marie Memorial 5K, taking place on Sunday, November 9, 2025! This exciting event will be held in North Haven, CT, featuring a USATF certified 5K course that is perfect for both seasoned runners and beginners alike. Participants can choose between a challenging 5K run or a leisurely 1-mile walk, making it a fantastic family-friendly occasion.
The first 200 registered walkers and runners will receive an exclusive commemorative t-shirt, and after the race, enjoy an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast for just $6.00, celebrating our veterans and supporting a great cause. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in various age groups, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine! Proceeds from this year’s race will benefit the North Haven Special Olympics and other local charities, supporting over 90 athletes who participate in a variety of sports. Don’t miss out on this uplifting community event—join us to run for a cause and create lasting memories!

THE RACE IS OPEN TO ALL AGES WITH THE OPTION OF A 1 MILE WALK OR 5K RUN, WHICH IS USATF CERTIFIED RACE. THERE WILL BE MEDALS GIVEN OUT AFTER THE RACE FOR 1ST, 2ND & 3RD PLACE FOR DIFFERENT AGES GROUPS.
