Get ready for the Northland 5K for Food Allergy, returning for its third year on Saturday, May 24, 2025! This exciting event will take place in the scenic Canal Park area of Duluth, Minnesota, starting and ending at the beautiful Endion Station. Participants will enjoy a 3.1-mile out-and-back run/walk along the picturesque Lakewalk, with race start time set for 8 AM. The event embraces family-friendly fun, featuring a Kids' Fun Run for children aged 12 and under that will kick off immediately after the 5K, around 9 AM.
Join in on the festivities that follow the race, including allergy-conscious food and beverages, lawn games, and engaging activities for kids. Registered participants will have the chance to win awards for the top male and female finishers, as well as exciting prize drawings. Don't forget to register early to secure your race shirt or ALEIA Project beanie, as registrations after May 7 will not include race-day swag. THE NORTHLAND 5K FOR FOOD ALLERGY IS BACK FOR OUR 3RD YEAR WITH A NEW STARTING LOCATION, BUT ALL THE SAME FAMILY-FRIENDLY, FOOD ALLERGY FUN YOU'VE COME TO EXPECT!
_This 3.1 mile out and back run/walk will begin and end at Endion Station in Canal Park, Duluth, MN. There will be awards for the top male and female finishers and prize drawings for all registered 5K participants! _
WE WILL ONCE AGAIN BE HOSTING A KIDS' FUN RUN FOR ANYONE 12 AND UNDER IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE 5K, EXPECTED START TIME WILL BE BETWEEN 9-9:30AM.
_Allergy-conscious food/beverages will be enjoyed after the event. Additionally, there will be lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business/product info and samples to take home, as well as representation from the Duluth Fire Fighters and EMT staff._
Online registration will be open until the start of the 5K at 8 AM on 5/24/25. This year your registration will include a 5K shirt or ALEIA Project beanie. You may also choose the 'No Swag' option during registration which means you will NOT receive a shirt or hat. REGISTRATIONS AFTER 5/7/25 WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY RACE-DAY SWAG.

Please keep this in mind as you prepare for race morning. We ask that you please share the trail by being courteous and respectful to those using the trail for non-5K associated activities._
