Join us for the 1st Annual Old Highway Run/Walk on Saturday, November 16th, 2024 in Tavernier, Monroe. Formerly known as the Mariners Hospital 5K Walk/Run, this event takes place on the iconic Old Highway in Islamorada, offering participants a flat course with plenty of shade. The race features a timed 5K Run/Walk, with race t-shirts for the first 250 registrants and medals for all finishers. Awards will be given to top finishers in various categories. After crossing the finish line, enjoy snacks, refreshments, and music with family and friends. Please note that the event may be postponed or canceled in unforeseen circumstances, and entry is non-refundable. Previously the Mariners Hospital 5K Walk/Run, the Old Highway Run/Walk will run on the legendary Old Highway in Islamorada.
Challenge your best time in the 1st Annual Old Highway Run/Walk. Run or walk our legendary highway. It's an awesome flat course with lots of shade.
The race is a time 5K Run/Walk.
Race T-Shirts will be given to the first 250 participants to register. All participants will receive a medal upon completion of their respective race event.
Awards will be presented to the Overall Top Three Finishers Male & Female, Overall Masters Male & Female, as well as, to the top three of different age groups.
After your race, you can reunite with family and friends while enjoying snacks, refreshments, and music.
