The race kicks off at 8:00 AM, with bib pick-up starting at 6:15 AM and a celebratory program beginning at 7:30 AM.
Participants are encouraged to wear purple to honor this important cause, and all finishers will receive a 5K finisher medal. Prizes will be awarded for overall placements and various age categories, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine. Plus, there’s a Show Up Challenge for the group with the most participants, adding a fun competitive twist! Let’s lace up our sneakers and stride together to save lives on this meaningful day.

Organiser's Description
To honor International Overdose Awareness Day, Dr. Ash Wellness Club is hosting a 5k run/walk to bring awareness to this community issue. Proceeds will be used to improve community access to life saving resources. Whether youre a committed runner or a caring community member, we would love to see you there! To honor Overdose Awareness Day, we encourage attendees to wear purple. Race finishers will receive a 5k finisher medal. Lets get in stride to save lives!
