Get ready for an exhilarating day at the 18th Annual Pagosa Duathlon on Saturday, July 11th, 2026, in the stunning Pagosa Springs, Archuleta! This vibrant event invites participants of all ages to "Do the Du" with a variety of race distances designed for everyone. Kicking off the day at 7:30 AM, the Dusty Kids event features a fun 1-mile run followed by a 2-mile bike ride, perfect for the young athletes. At 8:15 AM, the excitement continues with the Dirty Sprint, which includes a 3-mile trail run and an 8-mile mountain bike ride, and the challenging Dirty Du, with a 7-mile trail run paired with a 15-mile mountain bike ride.
Participants can look forward to a lively atmosphere filled with camaraderie, food, and awards, making it a perfect day for family and friends. Pre-race packet pickup will take place on Friday, July 10th, from 4:30 to 7:00 PM at PS FroYo, and race day packet pickup will begin at 7:00 AM at the race site. PRE-RACE PACKET PICKUP:
When: Friday, July 10, 4:30-7:00 p.m.
Location: PS FroYo, 459 Lewis Street, Pagosa Springs
RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP:
Starting at 7:00am at the race site.
Race day registration will be CASH ONLY as there is no cell service to process card transactions.
EVENTS:
Dusty Kids: 1 mile run & 2 mile bike ride.
Dirty Sprint: 3 mile trail run & 8 mile mountain bike ride.
Dirty Du: 7 mile trail run & 15 mile mountain bike ride.
DIVISIONS:
Mens Individual, Womens Individual, and 2-member teams (and gender combo)
ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:
Official Race T-Shirt, Food, Awards, and other fun prizes.
***Entry Fee is PER PERSON - Each team member must register and pay a separate entry fee ***

DIRECTIONS:
From Highway 160, turn north on CR600/Piedra Road. Drive 6.4 miles to Turkey Springs Road 629 (just after the pavement ends) and turn left. Drive 4.1 miles to Brockover Road 919. Make a U-turn and park on Turkey Springs Road as if going back towards Piedra Road. The Start/Finish area is 0.2 miles down Brockover Road on your left. Parking at the Start/Finish area is for race volunteers only.

All proceeds benefit A Safe Place in Pagosa (DBA Aspen House), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to constructing a home and providing services for adults with developmental disabilities in Pagosa Springs, CO.
