The event will serve as tribute to the life and legacy of avid runner, mental health activist, and lifetime resident of George County Mississippi, Pamela McDonald.

The timed course is flat and fast! Medals for winners in age groups, medals for all kids, and swag and fun for all!

VIRTUAL RACE registration includes T-shirt that will be mailed. Must be registered by 2/1/26.

The race is an opportunity to bring the community together in a family-friendly activity that promotes community, health, fitness, and fun. ALL PROCEEDS WILL BENEFIT THE PAMELA MCDONALD BALANCED LIFE FOUNDATION; an organization supporting mental health awareness and provide scholarships to local students as well as scholarship for Distinguished Young Women (DYW) of Lucedale.

The BALANCED LIFE FOUNDATION was founded on the guiding principles of achieving BALANCE between the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life. Pamela believed that true well-being comes from nurturing each of these areas with equal care and intention. Established in her loving memory, THE ORGANIZATION STANDS AS A REFLECTION OF HER LIFELONG PASSION FOR HELPING OTHERS LIVE WITH PURPOSE, HEALTH, AND WELLNESS. She dedicated her life to empowering individuals to find strength in balanceencouraging mindfulness, healthy living, and compassion toward oneself and others.

Through its programs, community outreach, and educational initiatives, the Balanced Life Foundation will continue Pamelas legacy by providing resources and support that inspire people to pursue holistic wellness and live more balanced, meaningful lives.
