Participants can choose between a competitive 5K run or a delightful Fun Run, making it the perfect opportunity for everyone to get involved. Enjoy a scenic route along the Heart Healthy Trail, complete with stopwatch chip timing and medals awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each 10-year age group. Plus, all participants who register by September 20 will receive a guaranteed race t-shirt!
