Get ready to put your best paw forward at Paws4Pride, a fun and engaging virtual walk-a-thon fundraiser taking place throughout the entire month of June 2025! From June 1st to June 30th, participants in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess, can enjoy the great outdoors while walking with their furry friends, all in support of the Dutchess County Pride Center’s youth programs. Whether you’re hitting the trails with your dog or sponsoring a team, your involvement will help make a difference in the community.

As an extra incentive, participants have the chance to win exciting prizes for the funds they raise, with the grand prize being the honor of having their pup crowned the fundraiser mascot for 2026, complete with a photoshoot courtesy of Tara Cirigliano Photography! Don’t have a dog? No problem! You can still get involved by volunteering at a local animal shelter and borrowing a walking buddy.
