Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the 10th anniversary of the PHMS Panther Prowl 5K in Little Rock, Pulaski! On Saturday, April 26, 2025, runners of all ages are invited to join the festivities starting at 8:00 am. The race will take participants on a scenic route beginning at Pulaski Heights Middle School, winding through the beautiful Knoop Park and historic Hillcrest, before returning to the school for a triumphant finish.
This year’s Panther Prowl promises not only a spirited race but also a morning filled with music and fun activities for the whole family. Don’t miss out on the packet pick-up event on Friday, April 25, 2025, from 11 am to 6 pm at Le Pops. On Saturday, April 26, 2025,, Pulaski Heights Middle School PTSA will host the 10th anniversary of the Panther Prowl 5K. The race begins at 8:00 am.
The Panther Prowl 5K begins at Pulaski Heights Middle School, runs through Knoop Park and historic Hillcrest and ends back at PHMS. Morning of Race Fun will include music and festivities for all! More details to come!
