Run for a cause and choose between the 5K or the fun-filled 1 Mile run, both of which will award medals to participants! For those who can’t make it to Central Arkansas, there's a convenient virtual race option, allowing you to run at your own pace and place while supporting this important cause. Don’t forget to register by October 10th to guarantee your race t-shirt and medal! Packet pick-up will be available on Friday, November 1st, and race day morning, so come join us in making a difference for children in need. Let’s chase zero waiting children together!

Organiser's Description
Join Project Zero's mission to raise awareness about adoption, build hope in kids and teens waiting in foster care to be adopted and connect forever families in Arkansas. Our goal is simple, to fight for those children and advocate for them to find the right forever family, until there are zero waiting children in Arkansas.
In the state of Arkansas alone, there are over 3,200 kids waiting in foster care. Through no fault of their own, 210 of those children and teens have had their parental rights terminated and are waiting to be adopted. WE BELIEVE THERE ARE NO UNWANTED CHILDREN, JUST UNFOUND FAMILIES AND WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT FINDING THEM!
YOU MUST REGISTER BY OCTOBER 10TH TO GUARANTEE RACE T-SHIRT & MEDALS! Register NOW, before it's too late! Medals will be given out for the 5K & the 1 mile fun run!
There is a VIRTUAL RACE OPTION. It is for individuals that that are not in Central Arkansas or are not available the day of the run. This allows them to support Project Zero through this fundraising effort. Run a 5K in whatever town you are in at whatever time works best for you. There is no place to input your time either. This option allows you all the fun with no fuss. You will not receive a shirt or medal as it is too pricey to ship.
PACKET PICK-UP: We will be set up at Rock City Running on Friday, November 1st from 11am to 1pm if you would like to pick up your race packet early. If not, we will begin packet pick up at 6:30am on Saturday, November 1st at Crystal Hill Elementary.
