Join us on Saturday, April 25, 2026, for the exciting PHS Marching Band 5K and Fun Run in beautiful Roxboro, Person! This vibrant community event invites participants of all ages to either compete in the 5K run, covering a distance of 3.10 miles, or enjoy the lighter-hearted Fun Run, which is 1 mile or less. Set against the scenic backdrop of Huck Sansbury Park, this event is not only a fantastic way to get active but also a wonderful opportunity to support the talented students of the Person High School Marching Band. Whether you're running, walking, or cheering on your favorite band member as they play their instrument during the race, you're sure to have a blast! Come out for a day filled with fun, community spirit, and rhythm!
Organiser's Description
Person High School Marching Band is organizing a 5K run (3.10 Miles) and a Fun Run (1 Mile or less) literally "fun run".
Celebrate and come out to Huck Sansbury Park and support your local high school marching band.
We will have fun and you can see your student in action either running, walking, or playing their instrument while you run and/or walk!
