This 5K run-walk is a family event. The triad to good health includes nutrition, exercise, and stress management. All participates please meet up at the Pavilion in the park. RACEDAY REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE FROM 7:15 AM TO 8:10 AM FOR $40.00.
