Get ready for an exhilarating day of fun and fitness at the Pirate 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon in Temple, Texas! On Saturday, April 4, 2026, runners of all skill levels are invited to join this exciting race, starting at 8:00 AM near the Wilson Park Recreation Center. Participants can choose from three thrilling race distances: a 5K, where you tackle a scenic out-and-back course, a challenging 10K that takes you on two loops of the same route, and a Half Marathon that covers four out-and-back laps.
With a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes, there’s plenty of time to enjoy the atmosphere and aim for your personal best. Don’t forget to pick up your race packet 30 minutes before the race begins, as there will be no on-site registration. All finishers will receive a medal, and there will be awards for the best costumes, adding to the festive pirate-themed spirit of the event. Join us for a day full of excitement, community, and a celebration of health and fitness in Temple, Bell County!
