The Pompton Lakes PBA Local 161 invites you to our 1st 5K Run/Walk.This family-friendly event is open to runners and walkers of all levels.
* Check in begins at 8:00 A.M. and the race starts at 9:00 A.M.
* First 100 people to register will receive a t-shirt.
* Age group medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and female times in each age group:
* 8 and under
* 9-13
* 14-19
* 20-29
* 30-39
* 40-49

* This is a rain or shine event!
* Race map will be uploaded closer to the event*
