The Pompton Lakes PBA Local 161 invites you to our 1st 5K Run/Walk.This family-friendly event is open to runners and walkers of all levels.

* Check in begins at 8:00 A.M. and the race starts at 9:00 A.M.
* First 100 people to register will receive a t-shirt.

* Age group medals will be awarded to the top 3 times in each age group:

* 15 and under
* 16-19
* 20-29
* 30-39
* 40-49
* 50-59
* 60-69
* 70+
