Taking place in the vibrant city of Portland, Multnomah, this unique event combines the thrill of racing with the joy of donuts. Participants will tackle 4 exciting laps while devouring 4 mouth-watering glazed donuts from Krispy Kreme. The race kicks off at the NE end of Duniway track with an energetic warm-up at 9 AM, followed by the exhilarating race start at 10 AM.
Racers will need to fully enjoy each donut before sprinting their laps, and for those who may overindulge, an extra lap awaits! With a registration fee of just $10, you’ll not only secure your spot but also enjoy the scrumptious donuts provided. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers, and there will be fun raffles to keep the excitement going. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle and get ready for a day filled with laughter, camaraderie, and of course, donuts! 4 LAPS, 4 DONUTS!
RACE RULES:
Race will begin at the start line at the NE end of the track at Duniway. Each runner consumes a total of 4 donuts and runs 4 laps. Eat a donut, run a lap and repeat. Each donut must be fully eaten before the start of each lap. If a runner vomits, they have to run an extra lap at the end. First runner to finish 4 donuts and 4 laps wins!
SCHEDULE:
9 check in / warmup / stretch stomachs
10 Race start (Depending on size, may do a Men's and Women's heat).
THE DONUTS:
The donuts provided will be plain glazed from Krispy Kreme. If you have dietary restrictions, feel free to BYODonuts.
HOW TO PLAY:
Registration is $10 and covers the cost of the donuts. REGISTRATION CLOSES FRIDAY, JUNE 6 11:59PM.
Top male and female finishers will receive prizes! Raffles! Will keep track of all finishing times. I recommend you bring a water bottle!
