Join Postpartum Support International Kentucky Chapter (PSI KY) for our second annual VIRTUAL 5K, PSI KYs 5K Run for Maternal Mental Health, taking place May 4-11, 2026, in honor of Maternal Mental Health Week!
This event is open to participants IN ANY LOCATION OR STATE, AND ALL FITNESS LEVELSwhether you prefer to run, walk, or stroll, you can complete the 5K at your own pace, in your own location, and on your own schedule. By participating, youll help raise awareness and support for maternal mental health, ensuring that more parents across Kentucky have access to the resources and care they need.
How It Works:
* Register and commit to completing a 5K (3.1 miles) anytime during May 4-11, 2026
* Choose your own routewhether it's your neighborhood, a local park, or a treadmill
* Share your run social media using #PSIKY5K
