Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female athletes, as well as age group winners, ensuring that everyone has a chance to shine. Organiser's Description
If you like to run and lift, here's a new event to test your skill at both.
The Pump N Run will consist of a weigh-in, bench press a percentage (see below) of your body weight for as many reps as you can (max 30 reps), and then a 5K race. We'll start in waves based on your # of reps (15 secs per rep). Everyone that completes 30 reps will start together then 15 secs later the people who did 29 will start until everyone starts. That way you'll see clearly see your competition (whoever is in front of you). Awards for overall and Age group 1-2-3 place will be given. Everyone will receive a custom tank (to show dem guns).
