Join us for the Inaugural RACE FOR RELIEF 5K, AND 1M FUN RUN! By walking or running the distance you choose you will be helping the victims of Western North Carolina affected by Hurricane Helene in September 2024. The storm resulted in unprecedented destruction impacting countless families, homes and businesses. Founded in response to the storm, Mountain Rescue NC has assisted 36,000 people with disaster response, long-term recovery, and community support. Together, we will continue to REACH communities, REMEMBER those who are no longer with us, and RAISE funds to continue our efforts to support WNC.
