50 women. 10 teams. 50 miles. One unforgettable day.
Raging River Relay is a one-day, women-only relay built around adventure, teamwork, and community.
Teams of up to five women will take on approximately 50 miles along the Centennial Trail, with each runner completing multiple legs while teammates leapfrog from exchange to exchange, cheering each other on along the way.
This is more than a relay. It's a full day spent doing something hard with women who make it a whole lot more fun.
Every pace belongs here. Every mile is shared. And no one does it alone.

The Raging River Relay is more than a race. It's a day to challenge yourself, cheer on your teammates, and experience the beauty of Spokane alongside an incredible community of women. Teams of 2 to 5 women will work together to complete approximately 40 miles along the Centennial Trail. Each runner will complete multiple relay legs before handing off to a teammate at designated exchange zones. Whether you're an experienced runner or tackling your first relay, every pace is welcome. Walk, jog, or run. This event is about teamwork, encouragement, and celebrating what women can accomplish together.
