The NFL season kicks off this weekend, and its also National Tailgating Daycoincidence? I think not! What better way to celebrate than with a run/walk, brews, breakfast, and your fitness pals! Don your favorite teams colors and strut your stuff for a shot at a touchdown-worthy prize! The Rahr Brewing Company Running Club social run/walk is basically the pregame warm-up for the Oktoberfest 5K which is on Sept. 13th. Plus, we'll have early packet pick up after the social run/walk too. Think of it as a beer-fled stroll that equal parts cardio and carbsgetting you in for the ultimate mashup of fitness and festivities!
SOCIAL RUN REGISTRATION & TICKET PRICING: Purchase tickets for $35 online. Social Run Includes:3ish mile, self-guided run/walk (untimed), three (3) free Rahr Brewing Co. draft brews (must be 21+), Rahr branded pint glass and hot Texas Tamale breakfast!! Roads are not closed, the event is not chipped timed, it is all for fun and of course to get you in shape for the Rahr Brewing Company Oktoberfest 5K! Yes, you have to be in shape to run and drink beer and our social run series is your way to train!
