Check-in opens at 8:00 AM, with the group start at 8:30 AM, and you’ll enjoy two refreshing draft Rahr beers (for participants 21 and older) along with mouth-watering breakfast tacos served by That Taco Dude. Plus, your registration fee of $38 helps support Rahr to the Rescue, which promotes pet adoption and raises awareness about animal overpopulation. Welcome to the Rahr Brewing Pups & Pints Social Run/Walk, plus it's halfway to Oktoberfest. Gather your four-legged friends and join us at the Flying Saucer for some miles, brews and tacos!
And remember - The monthly Rahr & Sons Running Club social run/walk is your training for the annual and "official" Rahr Brewing Oktoberfest 5K. Think of it as a social stroll or sprint that primes you for the main event, where running meets revelry!
SOCIAL RUN REGISTRATION & TICKET PRICING: Purchase tickets for $38 online. Social Run Includes:3ish mile run/walk (untimed), led by our world-famous BEER PACERS, two tasty (2) draft Rahr beers (must be 21+), custom pint glass and the best breakfast tacos your lips have ever tasted, courtesy of That Taco Dude! Plus $5 of your registration goes directly to Rahr to the Rescue and their mission to promote adoption, raise awareness of the overpopulation problem and inspire change.
SOCIAL RUN SCHEDULE: Check in opens at 8:00 AM and the group start is at 8:30 AM. If you miss the group start at 8:30 AM, you can still check in and run/walk, check in closes at 9:00 AM.

8:30 AM: Group Start (run with the group and awesome beer pacers!)
9:30 AM: That Taco Dude starts slinging them breakfast tacos
10:30 AM: Each month well have games and/or a raffle with a chance to score some fun stuff, must be present to play and/or win.

* We are cashless and paperless; all registrations are done online.
* Dogs are allowed on the patio at the Flying Saucer. Dogs must have tags, be on a leash and are only allowed in outside, in communal areas. We hope to you see you and your pups soon!

Just a simple reminder, this is a social run, not a race. Roads are not closed, the event is not chipped timed, it is all for fun and of course to get you in shape for the annual Rahr Brewing Oktoberfest 5K scheduled in the fall! Yes, you have to be in shape to run and drink beer and our social run series is your way to train!
