The Red or Green Fun Run is simple: run (or walk) as many 2-mile loops as you want within a set time window (8am-11am).

You can do this solo (Individual Chile) or as a relay team (Relay Ristra). If you choose to run as a team, Team captains can create their team during registration (2 to 4 runners) then additional members can search for the team and join them in the fun!

Participants Receive-

Fun Run, beer or root beer, chile swag, chile snack, and a chance to win produce prizes!

This fun run event features a simple course, prizes for the most miles completed (team and individual), a costume contest, food and of course beer!

Participants will start and finish each loop at the Canteen Brewhouse 2381 Aztec Rd NE Albuquerque, NM 87107and head out on a clearly marked 2-mile course. Runners will head east on Aztec Rd to the North Diversion Channel Trail. Once they complete a loop, they will be back at the Brewhouse and it will be noted on their race bib.

Once a lap is completed you can-

Head back out for another lap
Tag a teammate in
Take a beer or snack break
Cheer on fellow runners
Call it a day whenever you feel done

Theres no pressure to hit a specific distancecome for 2 miles or 10, its all about movement, fun, and community!

Produce-themed costumes are encouraged! Prizes will be awarded for the best individual and team costumes.
