Organiser's Description
Let's start the 4th of July celebration early with a fun, 5k on a USATF certified course in Oak Ridge Park, Clark. Professionally timed by COMPUSCORE, Red, White & Blue bandana for all registrants. Our course will have one water stop, post-race refreshments and RED, WHITE & BLUE medals to all finishers. Awards to Top 3 Overall (Male/Female) and Top 3 Masters (Male/Female). Plenty of parking on site. Registration is online only - NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION and we will cap the race at 250 participants. A portion of the proceeds will be used to benefit CRANFORD VFW POST 335 [https://www.vfw335.org].

Parking on site; "real" restroom facilities; post-race refreshments and a fun/race themed selfie wall to capture photos of yourself and your friends! We are hoping to provide a small goodie bag with a festive Red, White & Blue bandana to proudly wear at all the rest of your holiday festivities.
