Join us for the exhilarating Super Hear-O 5K & Family Fun Day on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at the scenic Seneca Park in Rochester, Monroe! This vibrant event invites runners, walkers, rollers, and strollers of all ages to come together in celebration of the incredible RHSC heroes dedicated to improving the lives of children with special needs.
Choose from an exciting lineup of activities, including a 5K trail run, a 5K road run, or a one-mile walk/roll/stroll. Last year, over 200 participants made the inaugural event a resounding success, and this year, we’re aiming even higher! Don’t forget to bring your family and friends along for a fun-filled day while raising funds to support Communication for Life initiatives in our community. Kids under 12 can join in for free, with an option to purchase a race t-shirt. So, put on your cape and be a Super Hear-O—together, we can make a difference!

Last year, over 200 runners, walkers, rollers, and strollers gathered at Seneca Park for our first annual Super Hear-O 5K & Family Fun Day and it was AMAZING! We're calling all superheroes to come back for a second year on Sunday, June 22 2025!
Join us again at Seneca Park for an incredible morning celebrating the RHSC heroes who work hard every day to make a difference in the lives of kids with special needs, and to help individuals of all ages throughout our community achieve Communication for Life!
How can you be a Super Hear-O?
* Register for the 5K trail run, 5k road run, or the one-mile walk/roll/stroll;
* Invite family and friends to join you!
* Create a fundraiser and harness the power of your network to raise money for RHSC!
We're all stronger when we work together, and we need YOU to make this event a success!
