JOIN US AS WE CELEBRATE WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE IN HISTORIC SENECA FALLS, NY!

The Right to Run is a celebration of the passing of the 19th amendment, which gave women the right to vote. It all began in Seneca Falls, NY when Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Lucretia Mott organized the 1848 Seneca Falls Convention the first-ever Womens Rights Convention. This 5k race takes place through the town of Seneca Falls, highlighting the town's rich history and landmarks, and if you can't make it to Seneca Falls, our virtual run options allow you to join us from anywhere in the U.S.

The Right to Run serves as a powerful reminder of the long, difficult journey women traveled to obtain their right to vote. Crossing the finish line takes dedication, resilience and strength- all qualities shared with the suffragists that fought for womens suffrage.

Men, women and children are welcome to join us for the Right to Run. Right to Run Inc.s purpose is to inspire, empower, mobilize and connect women. Right to Run 19K, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Right to Run 5km is certified to be accurate by the USATF, NY25003KL

    This restorative wellness session invites participants to slow down and reconnect after the energy of the race. We will begin with gentle, accessible mindful movement to release tension and regulate the nervous system, followed bygroundingmeditation. The experience will close with a calming sound immersion using singing bowls, chimes, and other restorative instruments, allowing the body and mind to fully integrate the day. Designed for all levels, this session offers space to reset, reflect, and return to your authentic rhythm.Session is free and open to the public, not just race participants. Must be 18 years or older to participate. After navigating personal hurdles and life transitions, she discovered the power of slowing down ~ blending gentle movement, meditation, and therapeutic sound to support both emotional and physical well-being. What began as a personal healing journey has become her lifes work: guiding others back to their own inner rhythm and strength. Through community events and private sessions, Tina creates supportive spaces for reflection, restoration, and renewal.

    Tiffany Shlain is a multidisciplinary artist, Emmy-nominated filmmaker, national bestselling author, and the founder of the Webby Awards. Working across mediums, Shlain's work explores ideas in feminism, philosophy, technology, neuroscience, and nature. In her keynote address she will share her moveable monument sculpture, Dendrofemonology: A Feminist History Tree Ring, and all the places it has served as a gathering for organizations working to expand and protect womens rights, including the National Mall in DC, and Madison Square Park in NYC through her award-winning film "We Are Here".
