This exciting event features a certified five-mile course that meanders through the picturesque Sylvan Park neighborhood and along the beautiful Richland Creek Greenway. Runners will kick off the race at 8 a.m. outside The Cohn Learning Center, with all 5-mile participants receiving a commemorative t-shirt.
In addition to the main race, there’s something for everyone! The 1-mile fun run starts shortly after at approximately 8:05 a.m., perfect for those looking for a shorter challenge. Young athletes can also participate in the Dinky Dash, a delightful half-mile fun run for children ages 12 and under, starting at 7:30 a.m. Popsicles will be waiting at the finish line to refresh the little ones! Don’t miss this chance to enjoy a wonderful day of community spirit, all while supporting Greenways for Nashville. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a family looking for a fun day out, the Richland Creek Run promises an unforgettable experience!

On Saturday April 4th, the 20th Annual Richland Creek Run will lead participants along a certified five-mile course through sections of the historic Sylvan Park neighborhood and along the Richland Creek Greenway. Net proceeds from this event benefit Greenways for Nashville [https://greenwaysfornashville.org], a non-profit organization dedicated to creating, preserving, and promoting a system of greenways in Nashville and Davidson County.
The 5 mile run will begin at 8 a.m. outside of The Cohn Learning Center, 4805 Park Avenue [https://goo.gl/maps/LLCquAC95Us2sysb7], and wind through parts of Sylvan Park before heading onto the Richland Creek Greenway and finishing back at Cohn. Dogs and strollers are permitted during the race. The 1 mile fun run will begin at approximately 8:05am at the same location. The races will be held rain or shine and all 5 mile participants will receive a t-shirt.
