Ringwood Educational Foundation -"Shepherd Lake 5K"

The Ringwood Educational Foundation is proud to present our 22nd annual 5K Run and Family Fitness Walk to be held at beautiful Shepherd Lake in Ringwood, NJ on May 4th, 2024. We will also have a 1-Mile Timed race for kids at our fun-filled event. The mission of the REF is to enhance and enrich the public school curriculum through mini-grants awarded to teachers in our four public schools. With continuing cutbacks in educational programs, your support for helping our Ringwood children becomes even more critical. The Ringwood Educational Foundation, Inc. has funded over $550,000 in grants to our public schools in the past twelve years. We could not do it without YOUR support!
Price for the race is $30 for the 5K race ($32 on race day). 5K price is reduced to $27 with USATF discount ($30 on race day). Price for the 1 mile race (ages 14 and under) is $10. Please note that the 2024 Shepherd Lake 5K (not applicable to the 1 Mile Fun Run) commemorative event t-shirt is guaranteed to participants that register on or before Monday, April 15th, then while supplies last.
