Get ready for a fantastic day of fun and fitness at the 4th Annual River Rock 'N Run 5K on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, in beautiful Brick, Ocean! This exhilarating event kicks off at 9 AM and welcomes runners, walkers, and relay teams of all ages. The scenic riverfront 5K route offers a two-loop course that promises both excitement and a chance to enjoy the stunning views of the area. Participants can choose to run solo or team up with a partner for the relay option, where each runner completes a 1.5-mile loop.
With bib pickup starting at 8 AM inside the River Rock, participants can register online that morning to join in this wonderful community event. Not only will you enjoy a rewarding race experience, but you’ll also be contributing to a great cause, as 100% of the proceeds benefit Fulfill, the Monmouth/Ocean County Foodbank, just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday season. THE RACE WILL BEGIN AT 9AM! (THIS INCLUDES RUNNERS, WALKERS, AND RELAY) BIB PICKUP WILL BEGIN AT 8AM INSIDE THE RIVER ROCK.
A scenic, riverfront 5K. Run the 5K solo, or team up with a partner for the relay. 100% of all proceeds goes to Fulfill (Monmouth / Ocean County Foodbank) in time for the Thanksgiving holiday season. Join us for the 4th Annual River Rock 'N Run 5K. Race registration includes the BEST POST-RACE FOOD EVER! _Unfortunately, race shirts were only guaranteed for the first 200 runners, and since we are past that, there are no more race shirts available._ Bib number pickup will open at 8am and you can register online that morning.
5K: Run the 2-loop course for a full 5K. Runners will receive a halfway split, as well as final 5K finish time.
Relay 5K (Each runner does 1.5 mile loop): Runners can partner up and run the 5K as a relay. Leadoff leg runs the 1.5 mile loop with the baton, and then hands off the baton to the anchor leg to run the 1.5 mile loop. Each runner will receive their split times in the results, as well as the team 5K relay time! Pick your division (Family, Co-Worker, Male, Female, Mixed, Student) and come up with an awesome team name.
All participants then join together inside the River Rock Restaurant for the BEST POST-RACE FOOD EVER! Prizes and raffles while you enjoy the amazing food. Over $15,000 has been raised so far in our first three years. A great race for a great cause.
