Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the 6th annual Rotary Runs The Beach event on March 15th, 2025 at Indian Rocks Beach, Pinellas. Participants can choose from a 5K timed/chipped race, a 1-mile family fun run/walk, or even a virtual run this year. With the stunning beach as the backdrop, runners of all levels can enjoy the scenic course that is out and back. Thanks to The Original Crabby Bill's restaurant, the main sponsor of the event, proceeds will support the Rotary Club of Indian Rocks projects both locally and internationally. Don't forget to register by February 25th to guarantee your race t-shirt! After the race, join the after-party at Guilty Sea for a well-deserved celebration with free beverages and an all-you-can-eat buffet. Running club members can also compete in the Running Club Competition for individual and team prizes. With photo opportunities with Phinley, the Clearwater Threshers mascot, and the chance to win raffle prizes, this event promises fun for the whole family rain or shine. The 6th annual 'Rotary Runs The Beach' takes place on scenic Indian Rocks Beach March 15th, 2025 with a 5K timed/chipped race, 1-mile family fun run / walk or a virtual run this year. Running on the beach is as beautiful as ever!
A special thanks to our main sponsor The Original Crabby Bill's restaurant! Proceeds will benefit the Rotary Club of Indian Rocks projects that support both local and international causes within Rotarys mission of Service Above Self.
The 5K race begins at 8:00am and the 1 miler begins 8:05am at the Indian Rocks Beach Access located at 1700 Gulf Blvd on Indian Rocks Beach. Our race is chipped and the course is out and back. This is a great event for competitors as well as beginners.
There is a nominal fee for parking on site, or park on city streets for no fee.
Early Packet Pick-up and In-person registration at Guilty Sea located at 301 Gulf Boulevard, Indian Rocks Beach on March 13th and 14th between 3:30 and 7:00pm. Race Day packet pick-up and registration will be at the Beach Access, 1700 Gulf Blvd., from 7am to 7:45am.
- RACE T-SHIRTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED IF NOT REGISTERED BY FEB 25TH.
After-party at Guilty Sea in Indian Rocks Beach just a mile or so from the race location... what a fantastic way to reward yourself for a job well done! A free beverage is included for all registrants. An all-you-can-eat buffet will be available at the after party for $12.00 for registrants, family members and friends (details subject to change).
Are you a run or fitness club member? Join the Running Club Competition when you run the 5K. Individual winners (medals). You can create your own team as well - so get your fellow runners together and create a team/club!
Individual Running Contest is open to all age runners. Medals are for winners by age groups (10-year breakouts).
