Organiser's Description

Join us on Sunday, October 4, for a Halloween themed 5K run or walk beginning at Koch park and winding through the Marolt foot path and open space with your furry friends, or without! This is a timed race with cash prizes for top 3 female and male finishers. All net proceeds benefit the Friend of the Aspen Animal Shelter. Please have your pets come in costume! There will be prizes for best costumes and raffle prizes, food trucks.

    Race Day Details: Sunday, October 4, 2025 Pick-up packet- 8:00am-8:45 am Race begins: 9:00am Koch Park, 199 W. Cooper Avenue, Aspen, CO 81611 3.1 miles, 1,700 feet of elevation gain Prizes awarded at 10:00 am on the Cliffhouse deck Water stations for both dogs and humans will be located at mile 1, mile 2.2 and at the Cliff House. PLEASE remember to bring your own water bottle. We will provide dog bowls at the aid stations.
