Every participant in the 5K will receive a stylish race T-shirt and a finisher medal to commemorate their achievement. Don't forget, the deadline to order your T-shirt in your preferred size is February 23! Plus, we’ll be celebrating the top three male and female finishers and awarding age group prizes in 10-year increments. ASAP of Anderson is leading the charge with this Community focused 5K & 1Mile Walk/ Run taking place in Clinton to raise awareness and educate the community on substance abuse.
COURSE: The 5K course will run along Riverside Drive near the river before navigating to peaceful back roads in this lollipop course. Course begins and ends under the Clinton Bridge.
GIVEAWAYS: All registrations in the 5K will receive a Race T-shirt and a finisher medal for participating! T-shirt order deadline is February 23 for your size.
AWARDS: We will recognize the Top 3 Male & Female runners in the 5K, Age group awards for 5K race will be awarded in 10year increments.
<14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
**Kids <12 will receive a special prize for completing the Mile Fun run.
RESTROOMS: Will be available near the start and finish area.
WATER STOPS: Water stations will be available at on the course near the halfway point.
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION: Parking will take place at adjacent lots near the bridge and start finish area.
Proceeds for this race will go to benefiting ASAP of Anderson County to help their outreach in prevention and education around substance abuse.
