This exciting community fun run/walk welcomes participants of all ages and abilities, allowing everyone to join in the fun at their own pace. To celebrate the spirit of Halloween, participants are encouraged to get creative and don their best costumes, with prizes awarded for the top male and female finishers as well as for the most imaginative outfits.
Not just a race, the event also features the adorable Lil' Pumpkins Run for kids aged 8 and under, which is completely free and includes a medal for every little runner! The morning of fun kicks off at 8:45am, with plenty of fall-themed activities like mini pumpkin decorating, a scavenger hunt, and delicious donuts and cider for everyone to enjoy. With packet pick-up available on October 24th and the morning of the event, it's easy to get involved. Join us for a fantastic day filled with community spirit, fitness, and festive fun, all while supporting the Holland Free Health Clinic's vital programs and services!

2025 marks 16 years of the Holland Free Health Clinic's (HFHC) annual community fundraiser, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. The 5k fun run/walk is for participants of all ages and abilities and can be run or walked at any pace. PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO USE THEIR CREATIVITY BY DRESSING IN HALLOWEEN COSTUMES. Prizes will be awarded to the first male and female finishers and for most creative costumes. Event proceeds support HFHC programs and services.
