The 6TH ANNUAL RUN MOREHEAD 5K PRESENTED BY THE CITIZENS BANK returns to DOWNTOWN MOREHEAD on FRIDAY, JULY 3, 2026, bringing runners, walkers, families and the community together for an evening focused on movement and connection.
Run Morehead is a welcoming, all-ages event designed for participants of every pace and experience level. Whether youre running for a personal best, walking with friends, or joining for the first time, this event is about showing up and being part of something local and meaningful.

PARTICIPANTS: Runners and walkers of all ages. Strollers and dogs on fixed length leashes are welcome too. All participants will receive a finisher medal and race shirt.
