Get ready to shake off those winter blues and embrace the joy of spring at the Run PB's Spring into Running event on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in the picturesque city of Peekskill, Westchester. This exciting race features a beautiful, flat 5k course that winds along the majestic Hudson River, making it a perfect opportunity for both seasoned runners and beginners to achieve their personal bests. The race kicks off and concludes at the lively River Outpost Brewing, where every participant aged 21 and over will receive a token for a half-price beverage to enjoy post-race.
But the fun doesn't stop there! After the 5k, join the Children's Fun Run, which will commence shortly after the last 5k runner crosses the finish line. Families can also enjoy the attractions at Spins Hudson, featuring an array of fun arcade games, opening at 9:00 AM. The first 100 registrants for the 5k will receive exclusive race shirts, and all participants can pick up their race packets on the morning of the event from 8:00 to 9:30 AM. Organiser's Description
Shake off those winter blues on our beautiful, flat 5k course along the majestic Hudson River. The race starts and ends at River Outpost Brewing. Every participant 21+ will receive a token for a half price beverage and there will be breakfast for sale at the afterparty.
The Children's Fun Run will start shortly after the last 5k runner/walker crosses the finish line. Spins Hudson, with all its fun arcade games, will be open at 9:00 for families to enjoy while they wait.
5k Swag: Race shirts are available for the first 100 5k registrants.
Packet Pick Up: All packets will be available for pick up race morning from 8:00-9:30.
Transportation: There is ample parking right next to the brewery and the start line is just a short walk from the Peekskill Metro North station.
