Join us for the second annual Run With Heart, a heartfelt memorial run honoring Debbie Baxter, on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in Piggott, Clay. This spirited event features two race distances: a 3-mile (5k) run and a 1-mile run, both taking place at the beautiful Piggott Sugar Creek Country Club. Runners will traverse the paved pathways of the club, with the 5k kicking off at 8:00 a.m. and the 1-mile race starting shortly after at 8:15 a.m.
This uplifting event not only celebrates Debbie's enduring spirit and community love but also supports the American Heart Association, Osborn Church, and the Haven House. Participants of all ages and paces are welcome, making it a perfect opportunity for everyone to get active while honoring a cherished member of the community. Come out and join us for the second annual 3 mile/1mile memorial run for Debbie Baxter on Saturday March twenty-eighth! This race is a tribute to the light that Debbie Baxter brought into this world and the love she showed for her community. This race is also being held to benefit the American Heart Association, Osborn Church, and the Haven House. Our race track has changed this year to the Piggott Sugar Creek Country Club. Participants will run the pathway of the club twice to make just under 5k. This race route is completely paved. No dress code, but Debbie's favorite color was red if you'd like to support her even more! Runners/walkers of all paces are welcome to join in on the fun! Packet pickup will be day of race. The 5k will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the 1 miler will begin at 8:15 a.m.. Please be aware that if there is inclement or severe weather the race may be postponed or canceled.
