Come Run with the Rams & Capital Run Club in our Open 5K (thats 3.1 miles of movement and good vibes)! Whether youre a seasoned runner, casual jogger, power walker, or just showing up for the social part this event is 100% for you. No pressure, no judgment, all pace levels welcome. Just pull up in your comfiest shoes and bring your best energy.
Were hosting this event at Pole Green Park, a super scenic and well-maintained course thats perfect for running andspectating (yes, your friends can totally come hype you up with signs and snacks). Its a chill but exciting way to get outside, get active, and do something that actually matters.
