Join us for a special training program FOR RUNNERS OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES, conducted under the auspices of the Greater Long Island Running Club.
Highlights include:
* Group Training Runs
* Learn proper stretching, warm up drills, how to increase mileage and endurance and much more!
* Discussion topics from nutrition and injury prevention to foam rollers and running gear
* Guest Speakers
* Training guides and handouts

Q: DO I NEED TO ALREADY BE A RUNNER?
A: There are no ability restrictions! (If you run, you're a runner! If you start running with us, you're a runner!)
Q: CAN I REGISTER MY CHILD?
A: There are no age restrictions! If your child want to learn to run, feel free to sign them up! We just ask that anyone 16 and younger is accompanied by a parent.
Q: CAN I PAY A PRO-RATED PRICE IF I CANNOT ATTEND ALL THE SESSIONS?
A: To get the full benefit of this program, it is recommended that you try to attend all of the sessions. We are not able to offer a pro-rated entry fee at this time.
