Taking place at the scenic Diamond Trail in Sandusky, Sanilac, this vibrant event features a 5K run/walk starting at 8:00 AM, followed by a 1-mile run/walk at 8:05 AM. Participants of all ages are invited to join the community in promoting health and wellness while supporting a great cause.
All registered participants will receive a stylish swag bag, a commemorative t-shirt, and a finisher medal, making this event a memorable experience. The competitive 5K walk also offers awards for top male and female finishers. With early bird registration available for just $20 until April 15th, don’t miss your chance to save and secure your spot—prices increase as the event date approaches! YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN US ON SATURDAY, JUNE 28TH AT THE DIAMOND TRAIL FOR THE 7TH ANNUAL SANDUSKY RUN FOR LIFE 5K AND 1 MILE RUN/WALK. THE 5K RUN-RUN/WALK WILL BEGIN AT 8:00 AM. FOLLOWED BY THE 1 MILE RUN/WALK WHICH WILL START AT 8:05 AM. PRICES INCLUDES A SWAG BAG, T-SHIRT AND A FINISHER MEDAL; WHICH WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL PARTICIPANTS. SEE AGE GROUP AWARDS BELOW. THE 1 MILE WILL NOT HAVE AGE GROUP AWARDS, JUST A 1ST, 2ND, & 3RD OVERALL FOR THE MEN AND WOMEN.
WE HAVE A COMPETITIVE 5K WALK EVENT. PARTICIPANTS MUST WALK THE ENTIRE 5K COURSE AND THERE WILL ONLY BE FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD PLACE AWARDS FOR BOTH MALE AND FEMALE DIVISIONS. IF YOU PLAN TO RUN ANY OF THE 5K YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR 5K RUN - RUN/WALK!

AT THIS POINT YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO REGISTER THE DAY OF THE RACE. THERE WILL BE SAME DAY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE FOR A COST OF $35. PLEASE REGISTER BY 7:45 AM.

1 MILE: First, Second and Third overall, Men and Women divisions - no age groups.
5K RUN: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 & 75 and Up.
5K WALK: First, Second and Third overall, Men and Women divisions - no age groups.
ALL RACE AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN OUT NEAR THE PAVILION AT THE END OF THE 5K RACE. SMILE--Finish line pictures will be taken as well. The race will be timed by Miller Race Management.
Packet pick up will also begin at 7:00 A.M. Participants will get a bib, swag bag and shirt upon check-in.
Water, Gatorade and pre-packaged snacks will be provided following the race.
PARKING should be available at the Diamond Trail with extra spots at the Maple Valley Community Center/ISD parking lot. (Just North of the Diamond Trail)
Water may NOT be offered on the course. Please be prepared. We will proceed RAIN or SHINE. May delay the start if there is lightning.
