This program is designed for runners of all abilities, featuring a range of distances to suit everyone—from the ambitious 53K and 27K for experienced trail runners to the more accessible 10K and 5K options for newcomers or those who prefer a walk/run method.
Join us for weekly group runs every Saturday at 7:00 AM, Tuesday at 6:30 PM, and Wednesday at 6:00 PM, all conducted on scenic natural trails like Eisenhower Park, McAllister Park, and Government Canyon. Not only will you receive expert coaching from certified professionals, but participants can also enjoy a FREE BASEBUILDER program leading up to the training with fun social events and a special team shirt! Distance Options:
53K / 27K (12 week program): For experienced trail runners; 53K must be able to run a trail half marathon (13.1 miles) comfortably.
10K / 5K (8 week program): For runners new to trail running or who prefer a walk/run method.
WEEKLY GROUP RUNS: Saturday 7:00am, Tuesday 6:30am, and Wednesday 6pm.
Flexible training schedule written by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches.
We train on natural trails at Eisenhower Park, McAllister Park, Government Canyon and other local/state parks and natural areas.
