This vibrant training program welcomes participants of all skill levels, ensuring there's a place for every pace! Whether you're an adventurous trail runner or new to the experience, you'll have the opportunity to prepare for the exciting SARR Rocky Horror Trail Run, featuring distance options of 53K and 27K for seasoned runners, alongside 10K and 5K distances perfect for beginners or those who prefer a walk/run approach.
Join weekly group runs every Saturday at 7:00 AM, Tuesday at 6:30 PM, and Wednesday at 7:00 PM, guided by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches on stunning natural trails at Eisenhower Park, McAllister Park, Government Canyon, and other scenic locations. Distance Options:
53K / 27K: For adventurers and experienced trail runners, open to all paces to include walk/run.
10K / 5K: For runners new to trail running or who prefer a walk/run method.
WEEKLY GROUP RUNS: Saturday 7:00am, Tuesday 6:30am, and Wednesday 7pm.
Flexible training schedule written by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches.
