This vibrant event invites participants to dress as their favorite superheroes while they tackle either a 5K or a 1-mile course. It's a fantastic opportunity to get active and support the spinal cord injury community, with participants of all ages welcome to take part.
The 5K race features an array of awards, celebrating the top three finishers in both male and female categories, as well as age group awards ranging from under 14 to 75+, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine! For those using wheelchairs or handcycles, there are special trophies for the first male and female finishers in the Rollers category. Plus, every participant in both the 5K and 1-mile events will receive a medal as they cross the finish line. Join us for a day of camaraderie, competition, and community spirit—come out and show your superhero spirit!
