This exciting event, designed for kids ages 14 and under, begins with a thrilling 1-mile road run through the neighborhood, starting at Van Zant School and finishing at the Woodstream Swim Club. Once the runners have crossed the finish line, the fun continues with a splash-tastic swimming race. Young athletes can look forward to a 50m swim for ages 8 and under, and a 100m swim for ages 9-14, making this the perfect challenge for all skill levels.
Every participant will receive a commemorative t-shirt, and prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each age group, adding to the excitement of the day. Plus, all non-members of the swim club are invited to enjoy a FREE DAY PASS to the pool for one child and one adult, ensuring a full day of fun in the sun. Additional day passes can be purchased for other family members, making it an ideal outing for everyone. Join us on the front lawn of Van Zant Elementary School for a day filled with fitness, fun, and summer memories!

Get ready to celebrate the start of summer with the School to Pool Dash & Splash a fun-filled race for kids ages 14 and under! The event kicks off with an exciting road run through the neighborhood from Van Zant School to the Woodstream Swim Club where athletes will compete in a fun swimming race. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each age group, and every participant will receive a commemorative t-shirt. All non-members of the swim club are invited to stay for the rest of the day and will recieve a FREE DAY PASS to the pool for one child and one adult. (Additional day passes may be purchased for other immediate household members for $10 each. Day passes are only valid for 5/30/26).
