Event summary
The schedule kicks off with the 5K Run at 9:30 AM, followed by the 1 Mile Walk at 9:45 AM, and a Family Fun Run at 10:00 AM. Registration fees are $36 for ages 12 and up, and $18 for ages 0-12, with a minimum fundraising goal to participate. All participants will receive a complimentary Schvitz for Scholarship T-shirt, and there will be plenty of post-race goodies like water, fruit, and snacks at the finish line. Bring your family, friends, strollers, and leashed dogs for a day filled with purpose and connection while helping support scholarships for camp, early learning centers, and more. MINIMUM FUNDRAISING GOAL TO PARTICIPATE:
AGES 18+: $180; AGES 12-17: $72
* $25 provides a new book for a classroom library
* $50 provides art supplies for a month
* $100 provides learning games and materials
* $150 provides an hour of an enrichment specialist experience such as music, yoga, or art
* $250 provides professional development to equip teachers with best practices
* $1,200 is the average award for a summer scholarship for a camper at Camp Grossman
* $2,000 is the average award for an annual scholarship for a student at one of our Early Learning Centers
* $5,200 provides an 8-week summer scholarship for a camper at Camp Grossman

Portable bathrooms will be available on race day.
Parking will be at William James College on 1 Wells Ave.
Race bibs can be picked up at JCC Greater Boston lobby Friday, October 31 from 9-12pm or at 90 Wells Ave, Newton, starting at 8:30 AM on race day, November 2.
Packets (including time-chipped bibs) will be available during the pick-up times listed above.
Post-Race: Free water, fruit, and snacks will be available to all runners at the finish line.
